Estimates and service agreements
Submitting a form, calling or texting is an inquiry, not a booking or a construction agreement. We will review the property, access, requested work and project requirements before agreeing to a scope or schedule. Our stated response window describes our usual aim, not a guaranteed completion or start date.
Work, pricing, scheduling, payment arrangements and any project-specific responsibilities are governed by the estimate or agreement accepted for that project. These website terms do not replace that agreement or create additional warranties about a particular job.
Information and project examples
Website descriptions and guides provide general planning information. They are not a site inspection, engineering design, survey or determination of permit requirements. The appropriate work depends on the actual property and project.
Project photos illustrate the specific work described, not a guarantee that another property will have the same scope or result. Work originally completed by our sister company, Urban Lawn & Landscape, is identified on the site. We may correct or update website information as services and circumstances change.
Your inquiry and uploaded files
Provide accurate contact and project information, and submit only files you own or have permission to share. By submitting project information, you allow Urban and the service providers supporting the inquiry process to use it to review and respond to your request and coordinate the requested work. This permission does not transfer ownership of your files.
Do not submit malware, unlawful material, spam or confidential information unrelated to an estimate. File types and sizes are limited for delivery and security. We may reject a submission that is unsafe, abusive or cannot be processed. Information handling is described in our Privacy Policy.
Website content and third-party links
The site’s text, branding, photographs and other content belong to their respective owners or are used with permission. You may view the site and keep reasonable copies for your own project planning. Ask before reproducing our branding or project photography for commercial use.
