This policy explains how Urban Land Clearing & Ground Works handles information collected through urbanlandclearing.com. We provide clearing, grading, site preparation and demolition services in the Charlotte area. Savs Media supports our website and inquiry delivery.
Information we collect
When you request an estimate, we collect the name, phone number, service selection and project ZIP code you provide. You may also send project notes, photos or PDF plans. The form records the page you submitted from and technical request details needed to deliver the inquiry reliably.
Our hosting and delivery providers process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, request times and delivery status. We use a protected hash of the request IP address for website-form rate limiting. Please do not upload identification documents, financial information or other sensitive information that is not needed for a project estimate.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to contact you about your request, assess the project, prepare an estimate and coordinate work. We also use technical information to operate the site, protect against misuse and confirm delivery. Sending the form asks us to respond about that inquiry; it does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
The Urban team receives the inquiry, and Savs Media receives a separate notification to support the website and lead-delivery process. We do not sell your inquiry information or use it for unrelated advertising.
Service providers and external features
Vercel hosts the website and stores form records and uploads in private storage. Resend sends the inquiry notifications. These providers process information as needed to provide their services.
When you allow analytics, Google Tag Manager loads Google Analytics to help us understand website use. Embedded Google Maps and links to other websites are separate services; viewing a map can send your IP address and browser information to Google, and those services may use their own cookies. Our analytics preference controls Analytics, not the separately embedded map.
Analytics and your choices
Optional analytics is off until you open “Analytics preferences” in the footer and choose “Allow analytics.” If you allow it, we measure page views, confirmed estimate submissions, and clicks on our call or text links. A call or text click is not proof that a conversation occurred. We do not intentionally send form names, phone numbers, project ZIP codes, notes, uploaded files or private file links to Analytics.
Analytics uses browser identifiers and technical information to report on visits and interactions. Advertising storage and advertising-personalization consent remain disabled. You can decline analytics without affecting the forms, or change your choice using “Analytics preferences” in the footer. Your preference is stored in this browser for 90 days; clearing browser storage or using another browser can reset it.
You can also manage cookies in your browser. Our site does not automatically load optional analytics when a supported Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal is detected; you can still review your choice through the footer control.
Uploads and retention
Website uploads are private. Standard-size files are attached to the inquiry emails; larger bundles may use private download links. Download links expire after 30 days. Automated daily cleanup removes website-stored uploads after 30 days, inquiry and delivery records after 90 days, and form rate-limit records after 7 days. Cleanup timing can vary by up to a day.
Deleting the website copy does not delete notifications or attachments already received in business inboxes. We retain relevant email correspondence, estimates and project records for as long as needed to handle the inquiry, provide services, maintain appropriate business records or meet applicable obligations. Provider-managed logs and backups follow the providers’ retention practices.
Questions, access and deletion requests
To ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion, call or text (980) 616-4048 or use our Contact page. Tell us enough to locate your inquiry, but do not send sensitive identity documents through the form. We may need to verify the request and may retain information required for ongoing work, legitimate records or applicable obligations.
Security and policy changes
We use safeguards such as encrypted connections, private file storage, restricted download links and server-side validation. No online service can guarantee absolute security. This site is intended for people seeking property services, not for children, and we do not knowingly request information from children under 13.
We may revise this policy as our services and information practices change.
